Yes, you can use HSA or FSA benefit funds to pay for the dental savings plan fee! However, it is important to note that not all dental procedures may be eligible for reimbursement. Cosmetic procedures such as veneers or whitening are typically not covered. To ensure eligibility for reimbursement, you will have to consult your specific HSA or FSA plan and IRS guidelines.

• This is not dental insurance, but a savings plan for services provided only at Le’ Centre Dentistry. • Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment (example: January 01, 2025- December 31, 2026; April 15, 2026- April 14, 2027). • Discounts cannot be combined with any dental insurance benefit plans- you must be uninsured to qualify for plans. • Payment for the plan is due at sign up, payment for treatments is due at the time of service to receive the discounted rate. • For Dual/Family memberships, must be purchased/renewed same day for discounted rate. Renewal on different dates will result in individual plan pricing. * • Once a patient is diagnosed with need for periodontal maintenance, they may not revert back to prophylaxis cleanings.
